Virgos are more likely to take 20000 qualification

Our Chief Examiner for the ISO/IEC 20000 qualification, Ian Whyte, gave a presentation on our stand during itSMF UK. I really liked this slide which clearly shows that Virgos are more likely to take the qualification than other star signs!

Our on-stand seminars were well attended

During the event we ran a number of seminars, telling delegates about our qualifications including COBIT 5, OBASHI, Service Level Analyst and ISO/IEC 27001.

Richard was up on stage three times – twice to congratulate winners of the itSMF Awards, and once to collect a prize from the raffle.  He was delighted when Ian Fik and Janine Eves from TSO presented him with a special edition of the London Gazette, in which APM Group is listed as a Queen’s Award winnter.
