On Friday, 22nd March, itSMF will be hosting a seminar about the truth behind ISO/IEC 20000. Many organizations around the world adhere to industry standards and this seminar will clarify why service management standards are key to successful business operation. You will learn how ISO/IEC 20000 provides a competitive advantage, instils a culture of continual service improvement and protects investments in ITSM training. You’ll also discover that it isn’t as difficult as you may have thought.
Additionally, based on the views of individuals from 60 countries, the seminar will discuss global views of the combined use of ITIL® and ISO/IEC 20000 and reasons why it has been implemented in certain organizations. You’ll find out how this relates to your organization and how best to introduce this approach to your business.
The seminar will run from 9:30am to 4pm in Kettering and delivered by Jenny Dugmore.
Jenny Dugmore of Service Matters is a service management consultant with a background in operational service management.
